Our brand and company were established and registered in the UK from 2017 to 2025, with a focus on high-quality fur fashion. Over the years, we have dedicated ourselves to delivering luxurious, stylish fur products, updating our collections with over 200 new designs each year. Today, we offer more than 5,000 unique items, all crafted using the finest, ethically sourced materials. We never use wild animal fur — only environmentally friendly, legal, and sustainable sources. Every product is 100% handmade with expert craftsmanship.
Due to upcoming regulations in the UK that plan to ban the sale of fur, we have made the decision to relocate our company operations to China in 2025. This change allows us to continue serving our valued customers who love and appreciate elegant fur fashion.
Rest assured, the quality of our products will be even better than before. All items will now be shipped directly from our China-based company, where each product undergoes professional fur care and quality inspection before dispatch. Every package will include order tracking and signature-on-delivery services.
If you are required to pay customs duties or import taxes, please contact us — we will reimburse the full amount or offer store credit of equivalent value.

How do I determine the correct size for me?
We provide a Size Guide chart on most of our product pages. For certain products, we also offer custom sizing options. If you’re still unsure, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

Product Colors

We strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, due to variations in computer monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will perfectly match the product. Additionally, since fur is a natural material, slight color variations in dyed fur are normal. This uniqueness is part of what makes every DAYMISFURRY product one of a kind.
Please consider these factors before purchasing. There may also be minor physical differences due to different production batches.


How to Care for Fur Products
Fur is a natural and dynamic material. To maintain its beauty and longevity, hang your fur item on a padded hanger and ensure it hangs freely. Avoid storing it in wet or excessively hot environments. Keep it away from direct sunlight or strong artificial lighting, as these can cause the color to fade.

Insurance and Disclaimer
DAYMISFURRY, along with its carriers, is responsible for your goods while they are in transit, up until delivery to your specified address. A signature will always be required upon delivery, after which responsibility for the goods transfers to you. Anyone present at the delivery address may be asked to sign for the parcel, so please ensure that it is delivered to a safe and accessible location. A signed delivery is considered evidence of receipt and fulfillment by DAYMISFURRY. Please note, DAYMISFURRY is not responsible for delays caused by air or postal strikes, or by customs clearance processes at the destination.

Delivery Partners & Delivery Time

 

To ensure our customers receive their packages safely and quickly, we use FedEx, UPS, DHL, and postal services as our delivery partners, depending on your location. All packages come with a signature requirement for added security.

We typically ship your order within 3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its status online at any time.
 

How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep by our courier partner. Typically, you will receive your order within 2 to 5 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends). However, if the item is out of stock or custom-made, the wait time may be slightly longer, as it will be specially made for you. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

 

Our Return Policy
you can choose to send the item back to our UK warehouse. 

DAYMISFURRY offers a return option within 14 days of receiving your product. Please note that return items must be sent via recorded delivery, and customers are responsible for any postage costs for exchanges or returns.

Important: We cannot accept returns for personalized or pre-order items. Please allow 3-5 working days for exchanges and refunds. For a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition with tags still intact.
