How do I dertermine to correct size for me?
We have a “Size guide” chart on most of our product pages. For some of the products we can custom order sizes. If your still unsure, please contact us for help.
Product Colours?
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. Please remember that since fur is a natural product, there may be small variations in the colors of the dyed fur. Another reason why a DAYMISFURRY product is as unique as you. 
Customers should carefully consider this before purchase. Also, products may have minor physical differences because of different production batch
How to care the fur products?
Fur is dynamic, hang your fur article on a padded hanger, allow it to hang freely and do not store in a wet and hot environment. No direct strong sunshine and spotlight, because it may cause color to fade.
Insurance and Disclaimer
DAYMISFURRY and its carriers are responsible for your goods during the time that they are in transit until they are delivered to your specified delivery address. A signature is always required for any item delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. From time to time, anyone at the delivery address may be asked to sign for your parcel, so please ensure that you provide an address at which you know your parcel will reach you safely. Evidence of a signature is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by DAYMISFURRY and transfer of responsibility in the same way. DAYMISFURRY is not responsible for any delays caused by air or postal strikes, or by destination customs clearance processes. ​

Do you ship internationally?
YES! We can ship internationally anywhere in the world. There will be an extra cost for international shipping depending of the country. All orders sent out within 5 working days, and will generally arrive with you in 2 to 3 working days(excluding bank holidays and weekend)

 

How will my order be delivered to me?
Your order would be delivered by our courier partner to your doorstep. After you place an order with us will generally arrive with you within 3 to 8 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekend), Depending on our stock, if the item you ordered is out of stock or customize, you will wait a little longer because it really will be made just for you! You will receive an email once we have shipped your order from our warehouse.

 

Our return policy?
DAYMISFURRY return policy gives you an option to return the products within 14 days. However, return items must be sent with a recorded delivery and customers need to pay for exchanges or return postage. 
 

Please note we cannot accept returns for personalized products & per-order items(size more than 110cm in chest). Please allow 14 working days for exchanges and refunds.  For a refund, it must be returned with original tags still intact. 

 

Please note: we are not responsible for fees, charges, duties, tax or other costs applied by customs or other authorities in foreign countries.
